Checking Fixtures

Checking fixtures are commonly used in manufacturing to ensure the quality of your product.  They range in size and shape, but all have the same basic functionality; making sure the parts being produced are to part print dimensions.  Schoitz Engineering has made checking fixtures and gages for a multitude of applications.  All fixtures are machined to hold tight tolerances and checked on our coordinate measuring machine to ensure accuracy.  Below are a few samples of checking fixtures we have produced at Schoitz Engineering.
