Below Hook Lifting Device is a mechanical lifting tool used to attach a load to a hoist. Common loads that require lifting devices are castings, weldments, or assemblies. Sometimes lifting devices require rotation features to pick-up and release the load in different orientations. Schoitz Engineering lifting devices are designed to have a 3:1 safety factor and then load tested at 125% after building.
